Private beta
Privacy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
My Cartoon Pet uses the information you provide to turn your pet photo into a cartoon, save your work, support your account, and keep the service reliable and secure. This page describes the private beta as it works today.
Information involved
Account information includes your email address, sign-in data, plan status, and identifiers needed to connect your account to your saved work. Uploaded pet photos, the cartoons made from them, and product-preview assets are also stored with your account.
If Premium billing is explicitly opened, Stripe handles payment details and sends us subscription and billing status. My Cartoon Pet does not receive your full payment-card number. If merchandise ordering is opened later, Printful may handle the product, recipient, shipping, and fulfillment information needed to make and deliver that order.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, accept and validate uploads, make and save cartoons, show private product previews, enforce account limits, provide downloads, answer support questions, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, and operate the service. When applicable, we also use it to manage subscriptions, fulfill orders, and send transactional messages such as order or shipment updates.
Providers that help operate the service
Supabase provides account, database, and private file-storage services. Replicate processes pet images to make cartoons and some print-ready assets. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe handles subscription billing when Premium is available. Printful provides previews and, when commerce is enabled, fulfillment. Resend is used for transactional email. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Private images and access
Pet photos, cartoons, and product assets are kept in private storage rather than public buckets. The application uses time-limited signed links when it needs to show or transfer a private file. Account checks and path-based access rules help keep one customer from reading another customer's files.
Public sharing and testimonials
Your pet image is not automatically published as a testimonial or public example. We will ask for separate permission before publicly using a customer's pet photo, cartoon, testimonial, or social handle. Saying yes to one proposed use does not give us permission for unrelated public uses.
Deletion and support requests
To ask about your information, request account or data deletion, or get support, email contact@mycartoonpet.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Requests are reviewed and processed manually during the beta; deletion is not instant, and there is no self-service account-deletion tool yet.
Beta changes
This is a small private beta. The service and this notice may change as features are tested or providers change. We will update the date on this page when this notice changes materially. If you have a question before using the beta, please contact us.
