My Cartoon Pet is an early service for turning a pet photo into a cartoon and previewing that cartoon on products. Features may be incomplete, change, pause, or stop during the beta. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every attempted cartoon will complete successfully.

Give accurate account information, keep access to your email account secure, and tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not email us your password or full payment-card information.

Upload only pet photos and related content that you own or have permission to use. You represent that you have the right to upload the image and ask us to process it. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy- invading, infringing, or malicious content, or content designed to disrupt or misuse the service.

We do not take ownership of your pet photo. You give My Cartoon Pet a limited permission to store, copy, process, and privately display your uploads and resulting assets only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service. Public use of your pet photo, cartoon, testimonial, or social handle requires separate permission.

Cartoon results vary. A result may simplify markings, colors, anatomy, expression, or background details and may not look exactly like your pet. Review a cartoon before sharing or using it. We do not promise that a result is unique or that it is free from every similarity to other artwork.

During the private beta, you may download and use your cartoons for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to any rights held by others. These terms do not claim ownership over your cartoon artwork; rights in cartoon artwork can depend on applicable law and the material involved. Broader commercial-use language needs legal review before public commerce opens.

Premium subscriptions and merchandise purchases are available only when My Cartoon Pet explicitly enables and presents them as available. Premium upgrades are currently paused for the private beta. Product previews do not mean ordering is open, and there is no current promise that the public can place a merchandise order. If paid features open later, the price and purchase terms shown at checkout will apply.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, repeated harm to the service, or a material violation of these terms. We may also stop the beta or change service limits as the product develops.
